Custom Orders

I accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis. To explore my portfolio, visit my Instagram feed. If you have a specific design or stone in mind, please reach out via email or Instagram direct messages to discuss details.

Selecting your stones

A selection of available stones can be found in the Custom Order section of the website, though I am always happy to source something unique for your project. Once we select your stones, a $140 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and purchase materials. If you plan to provide your own stones, please send photos so we can discuss feasibility.

Purchasing a Custom Order Slot

Deposit: The amount paid at checkout serves as a non-refundable deposit toward your final piece, securing your slot and selected stone. Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
Process: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. I find Instagram direct messages to be easier to communicate so if you would include your handle we can communicate through that platform. I will reach out directly to discuss your vision, including design elements, textures, and styles you like from my previous work.
Design & Updates: My process is intuitive, so I work without preliminary sketches or step-by-step progress photos. If you prefer a rough sketch, please request one during our initial conversation, and be sure to share all design preferences upfront.
Pricing: After our initial consultation, I will provide an estimated price range. Final pricing is calculated upon completion based on time and materials.
Timeline: Completion typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please confirm turnaround times during our initial chat. I’m always happy to work with you on turn around time if your custom order is a gift.

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. If you have questions prior to reserving a slot, please reach out via email or through Instagram before purchasing.

Shipping:

Lost or stolen mail will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class, priority or international. UPS is also available but tends to be a little pricy. There is an option upon check out to add insurance or signature upon delivery. Your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you when your item is packaged.

Returns & Repairs:

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If there is something defective with your piece, upon receiving it, I will gladly allow return of the piece or repair (within reason after evaluation) if the fault is on my behalf. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item, if this is the case. Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. I do not cut my own stones so if a stone has broken over time I, unfortunately, cannot fit it with a new stone. Repairs after 5 days of receiving your item will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Repairs are often complicated and expensive so take care to be gentle with your jewelry.

Jewelry Care:

Jewelry should always be removed when bathing, swimming or exercising. Avoid sprays, oils, lotions, or water directly on your piece. Naturally occurring chemical reactions over time will "age" your piece. This is called a natural patina. Due to my process my pieces they are usually coated in a heavy patina. You can slow the natural patina process by storing your jewelry in separate plastic bags and inserting an anti tarnish strip into each bag. These can be found on amazon and are relatively inexpensive.

Do not use jewelry cleaner.

Your patina will be completely stripped, stone inevitably damaged & I cannot confirm that the piece can be restored to its original state. If you would like a piece refinished, for a fee, please contact me with “refinishing” in the subject header. Due to my finishing process items with stones cannot be refinished exactly as they were originally purchased so keep that in mind when deciding to refinish your product.
